When can I use my home for myself?

All you do is go into your owner portal, see what’s available on the calendar, block your dates (as long as they are not already booked)and enjoy your time here in Florida!

What about pets?

Pets are up to you. If you say yes, you open up a whole world to more bookings. People love their fur babies and allows us to make more money in revenue, we get repeat guests and great reviews. I always suggest LVP (luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring in All rentals, as it wears well and can withstand those four legged friends.

How do I get paid my monthly rent proceeds?

Property owners are kept updated 24/7 for everything through your owner portal. We pay out owner proceeds by ACH to your account once a month around the 5th-10th for the previous month’s bookings.

What’s included in my monthly management fee?

Glad you asked (A LOT) We take a percentage of the overall monthly earnings, so if you have higher occupancy, we both make more. You monthly management fee includes the following; cleaning between every guest, paying for damaged items up to $1000 during each guest stay, scheduling maintenance, bookings, guest services 24/7, processing of payments, monthly ACH payments, Dynamic pricing software, advertising on our website, AirBNB and VRBO, remit monthly sales and tourist taxes on your behalf, monthly and year end statement, plus 1099 issuance.
